No scratches or discoloration. I bought it, but I only had the chance to wear it once and then stored it away. I think it's in beautiful condition. The only included accessory is the box. There are melee diamonds around the emerald, giving it volume. The weight was measured by an amateur, so there may be some slight error. It is about 5mm long and 5mm wide. Included items: Box Platinum
