I will wipe down areas that can be wiped, but there may be some spots that are difficult to clean and remain uncleaned. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. The condition of the strings is unknown. They do produce sound. I haven't adjusted anything as I'm not sure how. The guitar itself has scratches and dirt. Not all of them are shown in the photos. Since there is no box, I may create a box by connecting cardboard boxes, or I may use simple packaging with bubble wrap. Please purchase only if you understand and agree to the above.
