This is an old box I found at home. Based on its shape, I believe it's a letter box. It's a double box. The outer box is wooden, and the inner box seems to be covered in leather. The clasp on the inner box's lid looks like a pig's nose, which is very cute. The sides and bottom also have intricate embossed patterns. There are some minor scratches, but it's a piece with character.
