I used this as a top board for an IGT (Iron Grill Table) and as a trivet during camping. I applied oil to it every time after use, so I think it's in good condition. A knife is not included. I will wrap it in air-cushion packaging and ship it via Yu-Packet Post. Thank you. IGT Flat Burner
