I received this unused, but I ended up using the Ergo carrier I used with my first child, so I didn't use this one. I received it from someone else, so I don't know when it was purchased. Please understand. There is a small stain? in the 7th photo. Otherwise, I think there are no noticeable stains. Everything in the photos is included. There are no other accessories, instructions, etc. This item has been handled by others and stored by an amateur.
