Black console: The console immediately starts blinking red after turning on and won't boot. I tried disassembling it and removing parts from the board to replace them, but that didn't solve the problem. I probably removed the wrong parts. Before disassembly, it would shut off after about 10 seconds. No hard drive. Screws and other items are inside the hard drive case. White console: It boots up, but the disc doesn't spin, so it can't read discs. I tried swapping the drives with the black console, but they were different models, so it didn't work. Hard drive is included. Also included are a PS3 controller that won't charge but can be used, and a PS4 controller with stick drift. Instant purchase OK. Silent transactions OK. Silent ratings OK.
