I've worn it about five times, maybe less (^_^) It didn't come with a tag originally, but I usually wear a size M, and this fits me perfectly, so I'm sure it's a size M. The design is like the photo, starting from around the elbow. It's cute ⭐︎ I think it's in good condition!
