This is a vibrant TEDDY ruffle bikini set featuring a combination of vivid floral patterns (magenta, pink, white) and turquoise blue. The top is a bandeau type that can also be worn off-the-shoulder, with a large ruffle on the chest and a removable halter strap. The pads are not removable. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the ruffle overlaps the top (see photo 2).
