This is an agates SILVER necklace top with diamonds. I was told it has diamonds, but it has not been appraised. No accessories are included. It will be shipped with waterproofing and bubble wrap. Please check the final photo for size. As this is a used item, there may be minor scuffs or scratches that are not visible in the photos.
