This is a Dinos-exclusive color of a pot made for a long-established cafe in Ginza. Noda Horou, the only company in Japan that consistently manufactures enamelware in-house, was commissioned by "Cafe de L'Ambre," a famous Ginza establishment founded in 1948, to create a coffee pot with a spout that allows you to pour "one or two drops of hot water at a time." It allows for both delicate, drop-by-drop coffee dripping and pouring with a generous flow. The key feature is the spout, which resembles a pelican's beak. By simply adjusting the tilt of the pot, you can pour drop by drop, in a continuous stream, or with a forceful gush. Usable on both gas and IH.
