This is for one ear. I purchased it over 5 years ago and have used it a few times. It's an ear cuff that's comfortable to wear for long periods without hurting your ear. There are no noticeable scratches, but there are some minor scratches and signs of use, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. *Also, the brand drawstring bag has some slight discoloration, so please only purchase if you understand this.
