These jerky pieces are made from the trimmings that result from making our standard venison jerky. While each piece is smaller than the standard, the quality and taste are the same. We remove as much fat as possible. Since it's a bit more affordable than the standard, please give it a try. This venison is fresh, harvested and preserved mainly in Shinshiro City, in the Okumikawa region of northeastern Aichi Prefecture. It's high in protein and low in fat, with a great aroma and exceptional palatability. The meat processing, bagging, and packaging are carefully carried out in a clean workshop by Wings, a Type B employment support facility operated by the NPO Canaan.
