I purchased this last September and only used it once, but my dog didn't like it, so I'm offering it for sale in the hopes that it will be useful to someone. The cover is not included. I asked the vet, and they said this product is not suitable for dogs suffering from a stroke, so please be aware of that. The size was perfect for a Chihuahua.
