The matured aroma expands further in the mouth, becoming even more complex with the addition of a sweet aroma reminiscent of bananas. Finally, a rich caramel aroma like maple syrup leaves a lingering, rich aftertaste. Taste: A mellow mouthfeel that gives a sense of the 50 years that have passed. Spreading on the tongue is a complex and華やかな sweetness deepened by aging, and a bitterness like bitter chocolate. It leaves a deep and elegant aftertaste. Temperature: If you want to enjoy the complex aroma slowly, drink it straight at room temperature (around 20°C). Enjoy it in a brandy glass or a glass with a narrow opening. Pairing: The rich flavor goes perfectly with dishes with strong flavors. Pair it with Chinese food such as sweet and sour shrimp or sweet and sour pork using black vinegar, matching the sweetness of the aged sake.
