This is a red beret, a military surplus item. I bought it at a military shop in Tokyo some time ago. I prepared it for a Resident Evil Umbrella Corporation-themed cosplay at USJ and wore it several times. It's a vintage item to begin with, and it has a used feel, so please be aware of the condition beforehand. There are no frays or tears, and it's still perfectly usable.
