The recording includes Tchaikovsky's "Piano Concerto No. 1 in B-flat minor, Op. 23". Performers: Emil Gilels (piano) Conducted by Samuil Samosud Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra Recorded in the early 1950s. A masterpiece that needs no explanation. Mr. Gilels' performance is very similar to the liner notes version, but the orchestra's exquisite sound is wonderful. Terra Rare record.
