Height 7.8cm, 6.8cm This is a carved and painted Ainu couple on a birch branch. The design includes the bracket-shaped patterns on the clothing, which appear to be "aiushi," and tattoos on the woman's mouth, indicating she is married. The date 1961 is carved on it, making it 65 years old. I think it's in good condition ^_^ 1960s Vintage Old Work
