I purchased this about 10 years ago at the Kita-Senju Marui for around 30,000 yen. I wore it only twice over a suit and have kept it in storage since then. The condition is very good. No pets or smoking. It looks brown in the photos due to the lighting, but it is black. I am 178cm tall and weigh 75kg, and it has plenty of room even when worn over a suit. (The hem completely covers a standard jacket.) The fabric isn't too thick, so I don't think it will be too hot when traveling by train.
