This is a kimono-shaped envelope. You can open it from the obi (sash) area like the flap of an envelope to put in money, letters, small items, etc. It has been opened, but it is new and unused. The outer bag has some dirt, but I think the envelope itself has no dirt or scratches. It has been stored at home.
