It is a gold-plated version of the Gillette Slim Adjustable, which was released around the same time. The case and replacement blades are also included. In my amateur opinion, there are no distortions or dents, and the adjustable and TTO mechanisms function properly. I believe this is a beautiful item with the unique gold plating of that era.
