This is a Chikawa x Kura Sushi can badge, featuring Usagi. It has been stored unopened. It might have been like this when it was removed from the capsule, but the outer bag is slightly crumpled. It will be protected with cushioning material and sent along with the instruction manual shown in the second photo.
