Sujihiki knife, blade length 20.1cm, 113g. The spine is about 1.6mm thick near the heel. It's engraved with "Minamoto Kiyotaka," which seems to be a brand from a while back. It's not often seen in the used market. It's a right-handed single-edged knife, and the material is carbon steel. Knife oil is essential. It's a typical long, thin sujihiki knife. The rust marks are mostly removed, but some faint rust remains, so please check the photos carefully. The handle has a recessed bolster. I filled the gap with putty and then painted it. There are no problems with use, and it seems like it will last for a while. I sharpened it well, put an edge on it, and polished it. Please see my profile for the detailed restoration process.
