Selmer baritone saxophone mouthpiece, S80 E, old type. Slightly discolored and the gold of the logo is faded. I kept it as a spare, but I no longer have the opportunity to play the baritone, and I don't need a spare anymore due to my physical condition. It's easier to play than the current model, and I think it feels similar to the D of the current S80.
