From the crown: Front hair: 16cm Side/Back: 30cm My hair started falling out in December of last year, and I purchased this in February, but it all fell out very quickly, so I started using a full wig and haven't used this much. It's been maintained and shampooed at the store. The clips have been changed to soft clips so they don't hurt even when worn for long periods. I no longer use it because my hair has all grown back, so I thought I could pass it on to the next person. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it is not a new item.
