This is a very lightweight hanhaba obi (half-width obi). It has a stylish gradient in a calm mustard color, or perhaps a yellowish-brown. The weave is different on the front and back (photos 2 and 3). Width: 17cm Length: 343cm Weight: Approximately 220g Please forgive any errors. Material is unconfirmed. There are creases where the tesaki (leading end) and tare-saki (trailing end) were folded in half (photo 4). There are some threads coming out (photos 5 and 6, and there may be more if you look closely), so I've marked it as "slightly damaged or stained," but it doesn't appear to be stained. Please forgive any oversight. I purchased this from a kimono recycling shop 1-2 years ago. It was a little too wide for me, so I've kept it stored without using it. Due to the weave, it seems to be a fabric that snags easily, but it's stylish and lightweight, so I'm offering it for sale, hoping someone will use it for everyday wear or for practice.
