I have used and stored this item several times. It was stored in a box, but as you can see in the images, there is dulling and rust. The handle turns lightly and is not stuck. The dial is the same. I have lightly cleaned it, but I have not used a brush. I am looking for someone who can clean it up or who doesn't mind the condition. All the accessories are shown in the images.
