I purchased this at a ZARA store. The tag with the material and care instructions was long and I found it annoying, so I cut it off. I'm not sure of the material, but it's a bit "swishy" and feels like nylon. There is a light stain on the collar (see photo 4). Please understand that this is a used item. Size: 2/3 years, 98cm [Flat Measurements] Width: Approximately 32cm, Length: Approximately 39cm (Please note that these are amateur measurements, so there may be some error.)
