This is a RuffWear Headwater Collar & Lead Set. I've only used it once, but the size was too big, so I made two holes and cut the tip of the collar. (See the red circles in images 10, 11, and 12) I think it should be fine for wear, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The collar size is listed as 51-58cm, but it's for dogs with a neck size of approximately 48cm-57cm. Collar width: Approximately 2.5cm Lead width: Approximately 2cm Lead length: Approximately 120cm Although it is in good condition, please understand that it has been stored at home for a long time before purchasing.
