This is an industrial-grade, high-purity silicone oil ideal for refilling (applying) aged arm lifters. We offer a set of three different viscosities: 1,000,000 CS / 500,000 CS / 200,000 CS. Each has a capacity of approximately 2cc, which is enough even for arms that use a lot, like SME. The optimal viscosity varies depending on the manufacturer and model. In my experience, the blending range of 400,000 CS to 600,000 CS is common. First of all, blending the oil takes time (to remove air bubbles). Basically, work "slowly" and "leisurely" on a day off when you have time. As a tip, start by using #500,000 CS as the 1st take, fill it, and temporarily assemble the arm to check the descent speed, using a stylus pressure of 2.0g as a guide. If you want to increase the descent speed, add a small amount of #200,000 CS to blend it to approximately #400,000 CS. Conversely, if you want to slow down the descent speed, add a small amount of #1,000,000 CS to blend it to approximately #600,000 CS. In most arm lifter cases, it works well on the 2nd take. If you want to further refine the adjustment, blend the above process in small amounts. As a point of caution, silicone oil is extremely viscous. When you blend the oil and mix it well, air bubbles will be mixed in. In the case of ultra-high viscosity close to 1,000,000 CS, it may take more than an hour for the air bubbles to disappear. Finally, fill (apply) the oil in a transparent state with the air bubbles completely removed.
