This is a Santa poncho purchased last year from 3COINS. It's made of soft, fluffy polyester material. Size is 80-100cm. Since it's a poncho, it seems usable for babies and slightly older kids. My daughter, who was 2 years old last year, wore it. It has been stored at home since then. (The outer bag is wrinkled.) I've included close-up photos of the fabric.
