This is a Sealskinz overshoe (cold weather cover) for cycling shoes with cleats. The size is M. I purchased it around 2018 from Wiggle and used it for about two seasons during winter rides. I've kept it in the closet since then. As it's a cover that goes over the shoes, it's prone to rubbing on the ground, so there are some tears and wear on the soles, etc., but I think it can still be used as cold weather gear. I don't think I'll be using it anymore, so I'm selling it to declutter. These types of covers get worn out from rubbing on the ground anyway, even if you buy them new.
