This is a 6-tier pannier. It didn't match the dress I planned to use it with, so I've only tried it on and haven't used it. The size of the wires could be adjusted. I will fold it up for shipping. I'm decluttering, so if there are no purchases by the end of the year, I will discard it. Please comment if you have any questions.
