This is a very cute dress, but I'm selling it because I don't have a chance to wear it. The polka dots are navy blue. There is some staining and fuzzing on the polka dot part of the folded-back cuffs (see image 4). Overall, I don't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that this is based on my personal assessment. I have worn it a few times and kept it stored at home.
