Vintage Schaller strap lock security locks, made in Germany. The color is Cosmo Black, Ruthenium, or Black Nickel, a slightly silver-toned black. This is for the strap attachment side only; the body-side pins are not included. There is some dulling and dirt, but it should clean up nicely with polishing. Functionally, there are no issues.
