This is the famous photograph "A Great Day in Harlem" taken by Art Kane, which appeared in the January 1959 issue of Esquire. It is said to be a miraculous photograph of leading jazz musicians of the time gathered together. This poster was a cover insert for the Japanese edition of Esquire and is not from the original publication. There are fold lines from being a magazine insert, but they don't seem very noticeable.
