This is an Elmo plush from Sesame Street. It has joints in its arms and legs, allowing you to change their position with a satisfying click. The mouth opens, so you can put things in it. You could even have it hold a sign or something! It's soft and cute. There's a tiny bit of dirt on the eyes, which I've shown in the last photo, so please take a look. It has been washed.
