I believe there are no broken parts or fraying, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is a personal inspection. The cover and cushions have been washed, and the frame has been disinfected with alcohol. We didn't use it in the bedroom, but it was useful for naps in the living room and when visiting relatives. Purchased in 2022. Used by two children.
