This is a paperweight with a handle. Length: Approximately 22.8 cm Thickness: Approximately 1.3 cm It has a substantial weight. I believe it's a manufactured item. Please understand that this is a used item, not new, before purchasing. There doesn't appear to be any rust, and overall it looks quite clean for a used item, but there are some minor stains and scratches that are not very noticeable. It will be packaged with waterproof protection and in a simple package.
