I purchased this about 4 years ago and wore it twice. *Regarding the issues:* I had the hem raised to a length that shows my ankles, as I am 150cm tall. It's a DIY job, but I don't think it's noticeable when worn. If you prefer a longer length, or if you are particular about details, please refrain from purchasing. The belt has not been altered. Recommended for the coming season, and the silhouette is very beautiful and cute.
