This is a navy dress from Note et Silence. I liked the design and bought it a few years ago. I've worn it about 6-7 times. The skirt is also fluffy, and it has a cute design with gathers around the bust (^^) The cuffs are a bit white, possibly due to fading. Please refer to photo 11.
