The design features a pattern of Daio-matsu (Japanese Black Pine) on a chic gray-silver background, with a light pale purple gradation on the hem, shoulders, and sleeves, captivating the wearer. The unique "Kitade color" style adds a touch of class with several Daio-matsu accented with genuine gold leaf. I saw this kimono at a shop last year and fell in love with it, buying it on impulse. I was told by the shop staff that Empress Michiko wore a Daio-matsu kimono by Yosaburo Kitade when foreign kings, prime ministers, and presidents visited Japan. However, I haven't worn it once since last year, and it's in brand new, unused condition. I'm not sure if I'll ever wear it, so I'm putting it up for sale. Since it's brand new and unused, the cover is still on the signature seal of Yosaburo Kitade. The thread used to hold the kimono together to prove it's unused was removed by the shop staff at the time I was checking the kimono after being notified that the kimono was finished. They removed it so I could wear it right away. This is my biggest regret. However, it is completely brand new and unused. I had it made as a visiting kimono in colors suitable for various events, such as children's events and weddings, since I have children. The tatō-gami (kimono paper wrapping) will be sent as it was when purchased. If you wish, I will send it in the original box it came in when purchased.
