The size is L. It was a perfect fit for me, who usually wears 24.5. The toe part is made of rubber, but it has a glossy material and looks high-end. The heel part is also made of rubber, so it's easy to adjust and very comfortable to wear. It's in almost new condition, with no wear or scratches. I used it about twice, but I don't plan to use it anymore, so I'll give it to someone who is looking for it ^_^
