This is a circle template. I used a 0.3mm mechanical pencil, inserted it into the holes, and drew circles by rotating the inner disc. It was very useful. The case has some scratches, but there are no problems with storage. The words "SEISHIN labolatory, JAPAN" are printed on the back of the main body.
