This is a Thule ski carrier. It can carry up to 3 pairs of skis or up to 2 snowboards. It comes with one key. Everything in the photos is included. The instruction manual is a copy. There is overall soiling. The plastic covers on the inner roof bar mounting screws are cracked in two places as shown in the photos. Installation is possible by tightening with a ratchet wrench, but please purchase only if you understand this.
