Screw for Saxophone Neck Looseness Correction (for Yamaha) When the neck can no longer be secured even by tightening the tightening screw, this tool can solve the problem. If the neck is not secured and rotates, it may be causing air leaks due to looseness. Air leaks are the biggest cause of poor tone. It's easy to use: remove the neck, remove the tightening screw, and instead, screw in this product and tighten it.
