This is a pa'u skirt with a length of 72cm. The black fabric with a deep pink design is very cute and stylish. I purchased this handmade item here for 4600 yen, but it didn't suit me, so I haven't used it even once. It's cotton-polyester, but the fabric is quite sturdy.
