The material feels like PVC/soft vinyl/PVC, but I'm not sure because I don't know much about it. The head seems to be fitted into the body, and the head moves slightly from side to side. On the back of Mickey and Minnie's heads, there are indentations that appear to be "©Disney" and some other characters underneath that I cannot read (Image 8).
