Suisui Oekaki Body Change! Running Thomas & Percy Set This is the Thomas and Percy set that was an accessory to the Suisui Oekaki (a water drawing toy) released in 2011. The drawing pen and sheet are not included, only Thomas and Percy are for sale. These toys have been played with by a child, so there are scratches and discoloration. The specification is that Percy draws the tracks on the sheet and Thomas runs on them, but since the sheet is missing, I haven't been able to confirm if they run.
