This is a used item. It was mounted on a wall in 2021, and a 32-inch TV was installed. The TV was hardly used, so I think the condition is good. There is some paint chipping from the installation, but it should be hidden when the TV is mounted. It was installed by driving the 12 included screws, 6 each at the top and bottom, into the wall. It's a very sturdy construction, and it's a great product that allows you to move the TV forward, swing it right or left. The TV itself is secured with 4 screws, hooked on, and then tightened with 2 bolts. There are no instructions, so please search online for details. For your reference, I have attached masking tape to the mounting screws on the back of the TV that I was using, in the same position. It is a Sanwa Direct wall-mounted TV bracket, double-arm type, compatible with 32-52 inch TVs, with front/back, angle, and left/right adjustment, model 100-PL005.
