This is a long faux leather skirt from Mila Owen. I purchased it at a Lumine (department store) store for about 10,000 yen. It has a mermaid-like silhouette and is made of soft faux leather, making it very stylish when worn. It's warm, so I wore it from early autumn to early spring!
